Started about two years ago they "forgot" to pay my taxes from our escrow account, so my local county office sent us notice that the house was to be auctioned in seven days! We notified wells fargo, yeah they scrambled to pay it, but they failed to tell us it came from our escrow the next year which in turn sent the escrow in the negative. Now every year we received a surplus overage check from excess in the escrow account, we always called to be sure everything had been taken care of.
