As a previous logger I also received an unauthorized charge to my account after cancelling service to DirectTV a few weeks ago. The charge was taken from my bank account the following week. This is rediculous. I was with the company for a total of 3 years so of course my contract was up. I had problem after problem so I decided to cancel service and move on. I really like the company that I switched to. The customer service is excellent. Great technicians.
