This organization is by far exceptional. Exceptional in the way that they are redefining non-profits. Normally when non-profits are funded, a check is written and maybe 20% will go to where the donor would wish. At Kathy Rinaldi, they have in place a system that works like a debit card. Every dollar is accounted for and states what the money is used for.
