The group presenter was very inappropriate making several inappropriate comments: sexual, drug related, and just plain rude to people who weren't paying attention. Presenter told us that Global Vacations Network had a A+ rating with the BBB but after doing some research I found it's actually a B- rating with several complaints. I believe 25 so far this year!!!
