We are a licensed/bonded/insured contractor in Las Vegas that did air conditioning and heating repairs for National Home Protection & they have not paid us for our services since September of 2008. We have faxed them multiple times (now their fax number has been disconnected); we've sent them certified mail, which someone signed for & their printed name is not readable; we’ve spoken to a representative that was extremely rude & said we needed to leave a message with the supervisor.
