Ordered letter openers with my company logo... Received letter openers with no logo. They charged me a set up fee for the logo but stated that I didn't order a logo. They knew I did because they charged the set up fee for it! I was told not to send them back as they will not refund me without an approval. They were to return my call within 24 hours... It has been 2 weeks and I cannot get any responses. I am stuck with $160.00 worth of plain letter openers... read full review »
