My son leased two vehicles from GMAC last year and they accidentally put me as a co signor on both of these vehicles and not even using my right birth date. They used my wife, s birth date. They aknowledged there mistake and told me it would be fixed in 30 days. A year later I found out they are still on my credit report. The letter dated May 1/2008 will be forwarded to my lawyer asap.
