Dr. Belcher is a native Houstonian who enjoys making people smile by maintaining dental health and improving dental imperfections. Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI, is where the foundation of Dr. Belcher’s career was established; Dr. Belcher also attented Southwestern University where she obtained her undergraduate degree.
