I ordered a $99 arrangement of flowers after upgrading to their "large-super fancy" category. I added on 6 balloons, a box of chocolate, a "fancy card and upgraded the vase. When the delivery came for my co-worker, she was no longer available as they decided to deliver to an office at 7:00pm. I stuck around to wait for the delivery and was VERY irritated to say the least.
