The robot man called me last year after my back surgery when I was on pain medication. You can hear my slurred speech and slow to answer questions in the conversation- but they say they sent me 10! yes! films that I needed to pay for. I am over 60 years old and only bought a couple at a time when my grandchildren where coming to visit. Now it is almost a year later and they just used the very same tape and tried to say it was recent and they up and debited my bank account!
