I ordered a cd from Government Funded Grants never got the cd and i read the terms and conditions and nothing was stated about getting automatically signed up for fraud protection or all the other charges that they decide to charge you for just brcause they have your credit card number. It will be a long time before I order anything from the world wide web again. Somebody needs to start shutting these web sites down. We have no recoarse for thier actions.
