I would like to complain about London General Holdings. When I purchased my car I took out GAP insurance through LGH and wish I'd never bothered. My car was written off last year and I have spent the last seven months trying to get them to sort out my claim. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and talk about the left hand not knowing what the right hand's doing... I will NEVER again buy any insurance from London General Holdings. I would be very interested to see if anybody else has experienced problems with LGH regarding GAP insurance claims. read full review »
