I just found this site and wanted to pass on info. We kind of got caught in the same thing as the 30 pages of people putting on a complaint about the famous Google Home Business Kit. I called Visa and this is what they gave me: 1-866-957-0020 - I called and of course, there was no answer. Then Visa Dispute Department gave me the Google main office number and work hours: 1-866-870-4257 M-F 9 to 5 - still no answer!! Visa also gave this email: [email protected] to send an email.
