I didn’t stay at this hotel, I did book 2 nights there…but when I got there they told me that I could cancel and I wouldn’t be charge. I don’t understand how they could charge a different card that I didn’t give to them and not the card that I gave to them. They charge my government travel card $96.73? Every time I call them they give me the run around….how do I solve this problem and get my money back? read full review »
