I bought this kit which is supposed to be light auburn color base and comes with a highlighter that you apply after you put the base coat on. I now have a real mess on my head!!! After paying for what I thought would be the best; I now have red hair; no highlights!!! I could have had this hair color from another product for less than $5.00. I have used Loreal in the past and been satisfied, but this is totally bogus!!! Please let me know if Loreal would adjust my loss in some way. read full review »
