I have a kenmore elite HE3T that I purchased in 2003. It has broke down 5times since. luckily I have a warrenty coverage, But it usually takes about 2-3 weeks for repair. I am a working parent of small children and it is very inconvient and expensive to go to the laundry mat. I will never trust or purchase another kenmore product again. the inconvience is unforgivable. read full review »
