I called Camera Giants to ask several questions. I was asked for the product that I was calling about, immediately told that it's sold out and to call back in 3 weeks and then immediately hung up on. I wasn't given one second of a chance to ask any of my questions to help me decide whether I wanted to purchase from them. I called back immediately, giving Camera Giants one more chance to receive my business now or in the future. I was put on hold by the same person and transferred to somebody else.
