i started to rent this laptop when 1-week later i called to complain about it not working right so when i was the phone with this guy after being on hold20min he came back on a told me that it wasnt there problem and that i would be stuck with it and hung-up well knowing that i dont have money to be throwing around like i waited and called back after cool heads but that was big mistake and the asst manger started yeling at me on the phone so hung-up went in, the next day and asked them to fix the problem the gut at the counter litterally... read full review »
