I purchased a piano in February 2005 from Mr. Godiska. At that time he provided me with a re-purchase agreement stating that he would re-purchase the piano within 24 months less 20% the purchase price if we desired. My first calls to Mr. Godiska were in February 2006 stating that I desired to take advantage of the agreement. My husband and I have made over 13 calls to the store trying to get this matter settled.
