This is an online flower delivery service also known as bloomsnroses.com I ordered birthday presents of three different floral arrangements to be delivered for next day. The online also claimed there was free delivery. My credit card was charged for delivery. By 6 p.m. the next day no one had received their flowers. The store was not able to confirm if the orders had been made up and shipped out. Saturday morning I checked again, apparently the computers were down but I would get a return call right away.
