Younevercall.com is an online cell phone sales business, which touts its great rebates. I purchased two Motorola Rzer phones from them, with a Cingular service plan, in August last year, with the anticipation that I would have a total of $400 in rebates after the end of six months. Because of a mistake in the intitial order, I struggled for weeks to correct two wrong phone numbers.
