I ordered a TBC-600 Tanaka brushcutter from this company on the 16th of May 2006 at a cost of $692.82. The next day I received confirmation that the order was received and the item would be shipped. My credit card was also billed at that time. A few days later I wrote an email to the company regarding the tracking number-shipping date so that I could arrange for someone to be home when the item arrived.
