Computer was purchased last Febuary online. The tower was not working when delivered, and an engineer had to come and replace a part initially. The tower was sent away for an issue with the cooling fan, and parts were replaced. Some time later (January '09) a sim ilar issue occurred, and the tower was sent away again.
