I know my complaint is on the “old” side… It happened in Nov 04, but it’s an experience that’s stayed with me ever since and when I saw this site, I knew I had to post as well. I purchased a Simmons mattress from Comfort World which included two of those memory foam pillows, and I had negotiated with the store to include a generic bed frame, as I was going to use my current bed in an extra bedroom.
