California Water Service Company took over Skyline Water about 3 months ago. I have lived here for over 20 years and in that time I have not experienced a single unplanned water shut down. In the 3 months California Water Service Company has been in charge I have experienced 3 unplanned, unnotified shut downs. Those 3 are only the ones I have personally experienced but I am sure there have been even more when I was not at home or asleep.<br /> <br /> This is out of too much and I want it to stop happening.
