I purchased a SAMSUNG 52 inch television from Best Buy and they sold me a four year contract with Geek Squad. Three months have I purchased the television the video died. I contacted Best Buy and they sent out one of their techs from Geek Squad. The first words out of the "tech" was I didn't know Samsung made TVs this big. He brought with him a notebook and a pencil.
