We bought 1 week in Feb. of 07 ONLY with the stipulation that they would exchange our 2 weeks in Mazatlan for the one week at Shell. The exchange was never completed - we paid $20, 000 for our one week but they continued to charge us maintenance from Mazatlan. It is now two years and they want us to pay up another year of maintenance fees to finish the exchange. We already paid for all of /07 and they exchange one week.
