I just got cable and internet installed. When I signed up online I was billed that day for a month of service. This was a WEEK BEFORE installation and setup. After the installation I was billed another $20 dollars PLUS tax on that and the month of service I was pre-charged for. These fee should have been displayed INITIALLY. It's these kinds of deceptive practices that make me want to use another cable/internet provider, but Time-Warner has a MONOPOLY in my town. read full review »
