Jan 21 they took our $2, 100.00 and were support to contact Countrywide to help with our loan modification. We have not heard anything from them as all phone numbers have been disconnectd as well as the fax numbers given. They do not answer their e-mails and we dealt with a guy by the name of Derrick Reid.
