Hired JD Portrait Art for their wedding photography services and it started off well with the photographer(a lady) arriving early. Little did I know everything would go downhill from there. She was so slow on her feet that she missed several minor highlights, which was a bummer. Also, she was seemingly eager for us to wrap up the event even though I was told that she would be with us the entire day. Laura should take some time off her photography business to consider whether her present work ethics works well for her sustainability in the long term. My photography session with her was supposed to be a 1-2 hour quality shoot but it turns out she obviously had somewhere else to go just 15 minutes into the session. MK Slowinski basically rushed through the photoshoot. Everything in my experience with them suggest they were just out to make quick money. They initially assured me that they have a variety of props so I didn't bother bringing any. Unfortunately, it turns out that my confidence with them was very misplaced. The 'props' they had for use looked like they were bought from a yard sale and most of them were either stained not suitable for use at all. CAPTUREMEPHOTOGRAPHY.COM.AU None of the prices reflected on the website are true. The hidden charges nearly doubled what I had originally expected to pay. I dont mind paying more as long as they can match the quality with their rates but that wasn't the case at all. The 'photographer' was just some randomly hired guy whose only job was to click on the snap button on a DSLR. Simply put, they should not be open for business! My order was not properly accounted for even though they were quick to part me from my money. It took over 3 months of delivery time before I even laid eyes on a part of my purchase. And even so the items that arrived are definitely not what was described on their website as I don't recall them mentioning the sales of what was obviously used products. What am I suppose to do with a torn baby wrap? I have not heard from them since asking for a refund so I don't foresee my money ever... read full review »
