On Sunday, April 26, 2009, around 3:30 pm, we were on Rt. 81 starting through Syracuse. We were traveling north in the left lane specified for traffic heading to Watertown. A Raymour & Flanigan tractor trailer came up to us fairly fast and tooted his horn. We were already slightly above the 50 mph speed limit. Then he sailed past us on the right side blowing his horn and waving at us. He proceeded to swing back & forth around cars over three lanes. When he finally slowed down to exit right, we caught up to him. He made ugly hand signals at us. The trailer license number was 1491D1. The driver was a thin man wearing glasses. read full review »
