Company does not honor its contracts. Cursory review of all the complaints listed on this forum tells the story. They take your money, make promises they don't keep. The only thing they keep is your money.

Nationwide Home Warranty
The breached the terms of the contractual Home Warranty Agreement. When the claim was filed (10 months after premium had been received), they renegged and imposed conditions that were not part of the contract.
