The doc that came with the Roomba was defective out of the box. I have now emailed iRobot twice to request a new one at [email protected] with no response or even a confirmation that the received my email. Going to try to call them this week. I just hope I don't encounter the same incompetent customer service reps that everyone has written about in this forum. read full review »
