This company charged us 750.00 up front and 1, 700.00 to be paid when they delivered a modification "we were happy with" Mike Lopez sat at my kitchen table on 8/16/08 at 6pm and said in regards to our 2nd "most of the time we just make those go away" and in regards to the foreclosure process and calls from the bank "hiring us suspends all that".
