Harper is amazing and such a lovely person. She shot our wedding and we could not be more pleased. Harper (along with other photographers,) are being targeted by scammers that want to ruin her/their reputation. Anything that is negative from RIPOFF REPORT, PISSED CUSTOMER, COMPLAINTS BOARD ETC....
