just a simple vent here - bought a screen door- upon installation, noticed a few pieces were broke. went back to store to see the door guy who if you ever bought a door at depot know that they sit at computers and play solitare all day... the guy acts as if im ruining his day by telling him my problem, then tells me he is about to go to lunch and the anderson rep will be here in a few minutes, speak to him - WOW. Well the anderson rep was there already and helped me right away. at least some people are still glad to have jobs. read full review »
