I bought this insurance for $34.99 a month to ensure that if an appliance went bad, it would be fixed for only a $45 contractor fee. My hot water tank is leaking, and when I called to submit a claim and get a contractor to come look at it, the company is CLOSED for 24 hours for systems upgrades!!! no webiste, no phone. On a business day of a firm that claims it is there 24/7. That's ridiculous!!! Do they exist? I think I am screwed! read full review »
