On two occasions on January 6, 2009 I ask the CVS Representative who contacted me for the contracted cost of the drug. On two occasions the representative would not disclose this information, ether because she chose not to, or for some reason did not have this information. This seemed strange to me but the representative was persistent in her request for my copay of $150 so I gave her my credit card.
