I received a Welcome email on 12/8 from IDOnlock, I called them to cancel that subscription because I didn't sign up for it. I spoke with a rep named Gail, she gave me a cancellation confirmation number and advised me that no charges will come out of my account for the Free Trail. On 12/12, I checked my account and seen that on 12/10 a debit was posted to my account for $29.95 from IDOnlock. I did not authorize this charge whatsoever.
