I took my son in to have glasses made before prom. Paid over 400.00 just for lens and desided to keep his own frame he like it and it was in good shaqe. Not even two days went by and the lens falls out. go back find out lens was cut bad. spent another hour waiting come home and realised the screw that was put into the nose piece where you take the lens out they had put in a huge screw that goes across his nose..I called corporate they were very nice saying they would compensate me for my time and travel.
