I ordered an extended battery and cover for my Motorola V9x cell phone. I mistakenly ordered for a V9m so it did not fit. I sent 3 emails over 3 days looking for a return processes. I Have yet to get any response from buy.com (not counting the auto response that serves no purpose) I ahve given up and will not buy from this company again, writing off the $40. read full review »
