I called IQ Data International with regards to an account from an old landlord and spoke with Shannon Harmon. She was undoubtedly the most disrespectful account representative I have ever spoken with. Not only did was she curt and unhelpful, but she was also combative- making snide comments about me and my irresponsibility. She hung up on me and when I called back and asked to speak with someone else, she was sarcastic and told me to "feel free to waste someone else's time." Her customer service skills are deplorable, & it really paints an unprofessional picture for IQ Data International as a whole. read full review »
