Napa State Hospital (NSH) has been under investigation by the US Justice Department CRIPA section two times during a ten year interval and for suspicious deaths of patients, and variety of cruel abuses and civil rights violations of patients, but each time NSH cried and claimed the disingenuous claim they need more taxpayer money to stop abusing.
