file a chargeback, like I did they scammed me same way, they sent me invoice / recipt only for amount of topup but once I gave them my credit card they charged me monthly fees, without any notification, so I did chargeback and they had to pay chargeback additional bank fees, do the same so they will stop this fraudulent activity if they will have to pay penalty fees to the banks.After that they suspended my account, no problem you can go to different company, like I did, and I filed additionally a claim for refund for the phone which didnt work. read full review »
