I bought a laptop online, I checked to see if the Operating system disc worked, and it didn't. I called the toll free number within 2 weeks, the warranty was to be good for 30 days. I was told my warranty was expired, and needed to be transfered to another department to clear it up (not a toll free number). The first Rep.
