After reading info on this website, my3cents.com, ripoffreport.com and the recent lawsuit settled in California I was concerned about Citi. I am retired and unemployed. I attempted to negotiate a payoff offer with Citi a few months ago. It didn't happen because I asked to speak with a manager and he was so rude and condescending I gave up. I tried again recently.
