This company promised to refund their fee for selling our timeshare. We dropped our selling price several times in the 2 years listed with them. They never contacted us with a buyer. We finally reduced it to $1, 000.00 and sold it privately ourselves for $1, 500.00. The contract stated they would refund the fee if we sold it within 20% of the asking price.
