I purchased 2 phone batterys from Walmart and they were defective. I went to return them in the time allowed and Walmart would not take them back. Their reason was that they don't refund or exchange defective batteries. Walmart has a sign that states everything that you can return and the amount of time you have, batteries are not listed as one of the products you can not return but they won't accept them as returns anyway.
