I work overseas and have been gone for awhile, upon returning I find several charges on my bank account for 69.95 at least 5 months, I contacted their customer service, they gave me a fake website to order a cancellation form, doesnt exist, , , called my bank they cant do anything unless I close my account, disrupt my life, and re organize all my accounts, to get away from these filthy scam artists, I intend to notify my local news station as well as Mr. Clark Howard to advise other people of this scam by Microsoft, , , no wonder MR.
