My husband and I purchased a washer and dryer only5 months ago from Sears in McHenry, Illinois. We've noticed a small amount of water pooling in the middle of the front of the washer when we use it. We called Sears to get a repair. They gave us a window of 1:00-5:00 yesterday. At 4:30, my husband, not having heard from them, simply called to get a status on the repair.
